J. Krishnamurti – philosopher, writer, educationalist. His view of society as characterized by conflict, misery and based on ambition, greed and the pursuit of power is a relevant today as it was during his life. Yet, to effect transformation of society Krishnamurti rejected all notions of changing its structure. Change had to start within the individual.
We talk with Jaap Sluijter about Krishnamurti’s life and ideas for creating a new society - and the Krishnamurti Foundation of America.
