Dr. Feroze Sidhwa is a general, trauma, and critical care surgeon from California. In the Spring of 2024 he traveled to Khan Yonis in Gaza to provide medical care at the European Hospital with the World Health Organization. Risking his own life he saw firsthand what the critical medical needs are of a people under seige and the heavy stress load of those who provide them medical care. Since his return he has appeared on CNN, Democracy Now and ABC News and written for the New York Times, Politico, Common Dreams and other outlets about his experience. Dr. Sidhwa has also provided medical care in Ukraine, Haiti, Zimbabwe, and Burkina Faso.
